| The Days Inn on Rusina Rd was only marginally comfortable, though the location was terrific. Super easy access to US Rt 25, and easy to access the city or the mountains. Lots of resturants and gas stations, convenience stores, etc within easy walking distance. Hotel staff were friendly, but condition of hotel seemed somewhat unkept and run down. Cable TV only got 1 clear channel.

| When we got there the door to our room was not even locked. That was not a good sign since the outside 'security' door did not even have a lock on it! The sliding glass door in the room did not have any type of lock, only a lightweight bar (that was already bent) that went across the door. The television did not work very well, only 1 or 2 channels would even focus enough to see, and the front desk said that is how they all worked. All this after arriving and being told they had no record of our Expedia confirmation number! We almost did not get a room!

| This hotel was nasty. Personnel were very unfriendly, pool was so dirty that we were afraid to swim in it for fear that we would catch something. The ice machine on main floor was disconnected and laying broken on the floor. The grounds were extremely unkept. Outside eating area (2 tiny tables)were trashy and dirty. Continnental breakfast was a joke consisting of coffie, toast,& tiny muffins. Very dissapointed but unable to cancel reservations to find another decent one because we would have lost our money as we had pre-paid.Won't go thru the internet again for reservations.

| The desk staff were friendly, but the condition of the hotel was abysmal. Also, the hotel staff/management allowed non-guests to loiter outside the office and in the lobby. They looked like they were evaluating new guests for valuables.

| We had reserved a crib with our reservation. We were told they didnt think they had any. When a crib appeared later, we asked for a pillow and sheets. We were told the hotel had run out of pillows and sheets - so we had to improvise. The outside area looked tired and rundown - the breakfast was skimpy. The room had one bar of soap and one shampoo for 3 people. dull and aging establishment.
