| When we arrived to check-in the first day, we were told the hotel had an emergency because some rooms were flooded and they had to relocate us to another branch that was 7 - 10 minutes away. The branch was actually 20 minutes away. The other branch was old and not impressive. When we checked-in the original location the next day, the room had two sets of towels. We requested four sets since we had two adults and two kids. They gave us two small towels. We had to make the same request again every day. On the last day, the front desk called twice to confirm if we are checking out. The front desk crew were not talking to each other. Customer service was not a priority but more of a lip service at this hotel. 3 1/2 Rating is way too generous. It should have been a 2 1/2 star hotel. I would rather stay at my usual hotel chain albeit further away from Coquitlam.

| Very nice staff, professional. Has a great Irish Pub next door. Very relaxing lounge. Great Sunday brunch! The complimentary 15 minute neck and back massage was outstanding!! We enjoyed our stay very much. When we first got to our room, we discovered it had not been cleaned yet. The desk staff immediately upgraded us to a nicer room with a view that was ready. We were very satisfied.

| Very nice Hotel. Quiet, clean, professional staff, modern furnishings. Excellent food in the dining room. One of the surprises was a complimentary 15 minute massage in their spa area. Very comparable to 5 star hotels in the states- for a very reasonable Canadian rate. I highly recommend.
