| This is a decent hotel in a very good location. While not located on the beach, it is close enough to the area's popular attractions. Right across is Bennigan's.

| A nice mid-class, lower-cost hotel in the otherwise high-priced resort area of Naples, FL. Good suburban location nearby the downtown shopping and restuarant area.

| Since this was a business related trip for me there were a couple of things that I was disappointed in. First off I thought there was a business center with online computers for hotel guest use. I also expected a nicer work out room. It was small and very hot. I would not stay at the Grand Inn again for these reason, but I have to say it was nice and quiet and I got a good nights sleep every night. The staff was friendly and helpful.

| It was clean and presentable, however, the service was mediocre. When I arrived, I had to wait about 20 minutes to register. The 1st room's a/c was broken. Had to move to another room. No breakfast offered :( Not a bad place but wouldn't return.

| Spend a few more dollars and stay somewhere else. I wrote a review, and it was never put in, wished they would have. So I will see it this makes it. Long story short. Had to fight for a room even though I had a reservation. Forget the make-shift managers name, but he was rude, and sarcastic. Dont let the entrance picture fool you. it is below average in terms of looks. Rooms are bare bones minimum and the beds were uncomfortable. Only plus is that it is clean. Should be since it is new. Pay a few dollar more.

| This is a quiet, modest hotel not far from upscale shops, restaurants, museums, etc. Only minor problem is heavy traffic on Pine Ridge Road makes it a bit tricky to enter and exit when going in a westerly direction.

| It was a very good deal and very close to the best beaches. Pretty far from downtown, but downtown was so snooty that it wasn't a problem. Only downside: no fridge in the room. That would have made it perfect.
