| We stayed at the property for one evening, and found it to be a nice place to stay. The staff, however, was not very helpful or friendly. When we asked for a room with two beds we were told that our request hadn't been noticed, and was thus ignored. When we requested a receipt at check-out the clerk told us that she couldn't provide one. At least the breakfast was good.

| Very nice rooms, large and clean with coffee pot and microwave. Front desk employees not very friendly. Arrived early after our cruise around 12 noon and front desk staff was abrupt about check in was at 3 pm and it was not possible to check in early. She was very frazzeled because she was still checking out quests. When we came back after 3pm, check in went smoothly but they still weren't very friendly and we found out that their pool and spa was closed for repair. The breakfast bar was well stocked and very nice. We would stay there again because of the value.

| We enjoyed our stay. Our room was large and spacious and the front desk was courteous. We really enjoyed the complementary breakfast. It was great! It's rare to find a place that serves a hot breakfast with eggs, potatoes, strawberry waffles along with toast, cereal and even a fruit bar. Very nice.

| We were in town on business and unfortunately the hotel was filled with children--hocky teams, basketball teams, church groups, etc. It looks like kids from around Alaska congregate here for events in town. Therefore, it was not conducive to business at all. Hotel room doors were open and parties were going on rather loudly. The only good thing is that there are double doors within the room so you can put yourself in the back room to avoid the noise. Also, our phone rang at 2am and woke us up the night before we had an early business meeting. It was the night manager calling to ask who was in the room as he had nobody on file to be in it. Totally uncalled for!

| Lots of plusses for families. A separate sleeping room, 2 televisions, mini fridge, in-room video games, pool, and hot breakfast. The parking is limited due to sharing the lot with the restaurant next door, the beds are not the most comfortable but not bad. Otherwise it was a great experience and I'd certainly go back again.

| The rooms are nice- location is good- they do have a swimming pool which was ok - they never had towels available to use- the staff at the front desk in the evening was helpful- one thing that lacked severly is the cleaning staff- the rooms had refrigerators and not one of them had been cleaned or items thrown away. No extra blankets or pillows- and maid services was extremly late or just did not clean the room. The pull out beds had either no matteres or no blankets available. The breakfast was good and the staff was great they just need to give some lessons to the cleaning staff. You could not talk to the maid because she could not speak english and they left rooms open when not around.

| We stay quite a bit in Anchorage and have stayed in numerous hotels. We found this hotel disgusting. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The toilet paper roll dispenser was a hotel pen, someone else's clothes were still hanging in the closet and bed was hard as a rock. We will not stay there again.

| I stayed there for three nights and I enjoyed it for the most part. The beds could be a little bit more comfortable, but other than that it was good.
