| Upon arrival we were promptly checked in to our room even though we were there a little before check in time. We were very pleased with our room's cleanliness and comfort. The staff was very helpful by answering our questions about the area, they even gave us printed turn by turn directions to get to our next destination. The next time I travel to Niagra Falls I will be more than happy to stay here again.

| The staff was very helpful, giving tips where to eat and what to see. The room was very nice and was at a reasonable rate. If I ever get the chance to go back to Niagara Falls, I would definetly stay at the Radisson again.

| The stay at the Radisson was very enjoyable. Staff was friendly and the room was very clean. They have great jetted tubs and even though our room was a City view we were able to see the falls as well. I would stay here again, however, I would not use the valet parking. They are very busy and we ended up waiting in front of the building for 20 minutes when we called 15 minutes ahead of time like the hotel asks. The hotel is away from busy Clifton tourist area but very close to the new casino. Very nice atmosphere.

| I was recently married in Niagara falls. My guests all booked a room at this hotel and almost all had problems. Some got their rooms late, (well after the 4:00 check-in time), some got double charged, while others were told they didn't even have a reservation, one was told that she was booked for 2 nights and would have to pay a cancellation fee on the 2nd night even though the reservation print out clearly showed that the reservation was for 1 night, not two, and one had his car damaged by the mandatory valet parking service. It was nothing but added stress to stay at this hotel. Their answer to all these errors was "sorry but there is nothing that can be done". The rooms are clean but if a worry free stay is what you are looking for I recommend going elsewhere.

| We are not at all satisfied with this hotel. We had some problem going to the hotel on the date we had the reservation and asked for transfering the date of reservation to some other day. But the custeomer service is very bad. They were very mean and rude in telling us that they cannot do a tranfer. We can understand that they cannot do the transfer under some circumstances. But they have to be polite in saying so. Instead they were rude and mean. I would never stay in this hotel again. The hotel lost a customer forever. We used to prefer radisson before whenever we wanted a reservation, but not from Now! Guys be careful. They are ok when everything is fine but not when you have any problem and need their help.

| Hotel was great and staff was too. The concierge was very helpful planning our tours, and our entertainment. We would like to thank the clerk in the gift shop for recommending the scenic route back to the airport. The drive and the homes were beautiful along the Niagara River.

| This hotel was very disappointing. I choose this hotel because I thought it would be convenient to the falls but it is not. You have to ride a shuttle just like every other hotel further away. Don't let the pictures fool you. You can't even see the falls. The pool is terrible. The deepest end is 3.5 feet and there is not hot tub. You have to pay $10 a day to park in the hotels parking lot, and also a tip to the parking guy every time he gets your car. Also, there is not free internet. You have to pay for thise service. And finally there is no daycare available from the hotel. They will call a service who charges $20 per hr per kid. There are plenty other hotels in this area that are much cheaper and would be better for a family stay.

| We enjoyed our stay in the Raddison at Niagara Falls. The room was extremely clean, and all of the hotel employees were competent and polite. The only negative was that on arrival we were informed there would be an additional charge for parking our car each night in the parking lot. We did not expect to pay to park our car in the hotlel's parking lot.

| My husband and I were very impressed with this hotel. The room was excellent. It was in walking distance to many attractions. The people who work there were very helpful with information in regards to attractions and places to eat. They have it listed at a 3 star hotel but my husband and I both feel it is underrated. It should definately be at least a 4 star. We would recommend this hotel highly and plan on going back in the near future.

| This hotel was very nice. It is just a short walk to many of Niagara's attractions. We were VERY happy with our choice. Our room was a jr. king suite with a lg. bath, sitting area with sofa bed and a chair, mini frig and micro. and a desk, and king bed. Small indoor pool. The falls were only about a block over and the new Fallsview Casino right up the street. Marineworld about 1 mile away, Clifton Hills was a further walk, a few blocks. As was Skylon Tower. Lots of restaurants short walk away, The Keg across the street was very good, and nice view of the falls. We would stay here again. Clean, workers were friendly and helpful, and hotel close to lots of attractions. We felt this was a great choice.
