| I shared a room with two friends when we drove up to Providence to see the "Waterfire" display. It was a textbook "cold and windy night" (rainy and sleety, too!) right before Halloween, and it was great to come back to the clean, well-appointed comfort of our Holiday Inn room. The location of the hotel was good ... the front desk staff was helpful and courteous. There was truly nothing not to like!

| Expect a relatively clean room but not much else. I don't believe they offered Internet access on your PC. Even the vending machines are restricted to just a few floors. If you have preferred status, breakfast is free, but it is only fair.

| Hotel staff was excellent and very accommodating in making dinner arrangements and connections. Room was comfortable but nothing to write home about. Bathrooms really could be updated. Does not have a business center

| The traffic noise was really bad. It is right next to the interstate. They charge to park and the quality of the room service meal could have been a little better but everything else very nice.
