| Very unfreindly staff. Seems like they have a no care attitude. The 1st room they assigned us smelled like urine.

| This hotel is okay. It was okay for the price you pay. If my family was to go back to Chattanooga we would stay there again. I would recommend staying there if your looking for something cheap.

| The only things that I thought should have been was the bathtub, and the pool needed to have been cleaner. The room itself was nice and clean.

| It's not a fancy hotel and it wasn't in great shape, but it wasn't falling down around our ears either. It was clean, the pool was open, the TV had plenty of channels, the a/c worked, and the bed was comfortable. If we need to go to Chattanooga again for the night and I can get the same rate as this time, I'm sure we'll go there again.

| okay......if you want fancy and deluxe free breakfast dont stay here.....but we stayed 4 nights and had no problems. The room was clean and the fridge and microwave worked great. very close to Ruby falls.....(which is by the way pretty but you have no time to look at anything, go to Racoon mountain caverns) i highly suggest going to the little bbq joint right down the road! great food! okay back to the hotel......coffee was good and the donuts were fine of you went early in the moring. All i asked for was a clean room with no bugs and that is what i got. small pool but it was always empty so plenty of room. It was clean. Very nice staff. All in all i would recommend this hotel. I came very close to canceling my reservations due to comments i had read before hand but glad i did not.

| Our non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke. There was animal hair on the chair cushions. The pillows were full of lumps and the mattresses were very soft. But it was fairly quiet, and it was a place to lay our heads for the night. I wouldn't stay there if I needed to stay more than 1 night. An extended stay would require a nicer, cleaner hotel.

| The motel was clean and the staff was always polite and friendly. There's an indoor heated pool (albeit a bit small, but still nice since no one else seemed to use it!). The breakfast only had two types of cereal, doughnuts (which were sometimes stale), and bagels or toast with juice, coffee, and milk. Sufficient, but not a nice hot breakfast. The best asset was its location. It's in a safe area, right off the interstate and only about two miles from Ruby Falls, the top of Lookout Mt., and Raccoon Mountain.

| I travel all over the Southeast, and this has got to be the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I could not even stand to spend the night so I paid the bill and left!
