| The hotel is nice. The rooms are nice and cozy. The bed is not very comfortable, but looks nice. The hotel staff is not customer service oriented as it was a strain to get local directions and hotel info about parking...routine questions, but the staff was not very outgoing.

| I Stayed at this hotel for two nights. It is a very nice hotel, but the people at the front desk should try and be more friendly. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I was very excited that they had an actual starbacks in the Lobby. We also ordered room service, the food was good. I would definitely go back.

| Outside of the HUB of downtown Houston, in a quieter area. Easy to miss the entrance, plus parking is all under ground, in close quarters. The hotel itself is suitable, with all the conveniences you need, superb gym\sauna area.
