| The room was comfortable and the amenities were in good working order. There is a wide variety of channels available. The bathroom was small for a family of four.

| The hotel had large rooms that were very comfortable with a decent view. They served us free breakfast. The had an excellent front desk that would have a taxi ready for us in under five minutes. Every one bent over backwards for us and it made the stay more than worth it.

| the hotel is conveniently located at about 10-15 minutes to Old San Juan. A supermarket is available right across the street. Fast food places are also availble at walking distance. I even found a barber shop and a beauty salon in the vicinities.

| Hotel Pierre was not a disappointment. The location was great. We stayed there upon our arrival/departure to Puerto Rico for a total of 3 nights. Short drive from the aiport to the hotel which was great since we did not arrive until 10pm. It was not difficult to find and convenient to Old San Juan. Internet access did not work in the room the 1st night we stayed. Ask for pool view as the 1st night's stay overlooked the construction site. 24 hr grocery across the street had great deli food. Would recommend as we went back for our departure.

| This hotel has a small bathroom without a tub. However, it is clean and the breakfast is a definite plus. The concierge and other staff are polite and helpful. One major damper is having to pay for parking at the hotel you are already staying at.

| We stayed at the hotel only 2 nights, but the hotel perfectly fitted what we needed, we only needed a hotel in San Juan after we spent some time in a hotel at the beach on whe east site of the island. This hotel is not located at the beach, and getting to the beach is a bit of a hassle. Also when getting to the beach there are not too many places to find to have a bit to eat or drink. Breakfast at the hotel is a sandwich with jelly or some pastry and has to be done before 9. We came in just after 9 the first morning and found the breakfast almost gone already. Luckely there is a starbucks nearby. Rooms are clean. there is construction next door, but as long as your room is not on that site you are ok.

| They only negative was the view out the window and we weren't in our room that much. The service was fantastic, the pool and grounds inside the hotel were beautiful. The resturant was also very good. The staff were very friendly and had a nice continental breakfast out by the pool area. A really great find for the price.

| An older hotel in a heavly developed area with in walking distance of the ocean. Breakfast was offered out by the pool area which was well maintained and plesant. Staff was plesant and helpful but pressed to get their task done in time allowed.

| The hotel was not kept up very well the carpets were dirty, the furniture in the lobbies and halls were dusty. When we entered our room,someone had used the toilet and left it unflushed, which immediately turned us off. The front desk basically blew off the complaint. Also the hotel is not located in a good area for safety...
