| While I was overall pleased with the sccomodations, the continental breakfast was a little sparse on choice/variety. Most important however, was a somewhat negative attitude on the part of one male night clerk. When my wife made some inquiries he was distinctly not helpful. While other staff made it right in the morning and were most apologetic, we did have to speak with the manager. I understand that individual was terminated, which will greatly help future travelers' experiences. Overall room was nice for the price and location, everything was clean and well maintained.

| it wasn't bad for the price. you get what you pay for. The bathroom ceilings had red (what i told myself were rust stains...but who knows?) stains on them. The AC worked! It was hot outside so that was nice...and if you walk accross the street its right on Lake Erie! (you have to walk behind the appartment complex thats right on the water but its really pretty) And it was safe and outside the main hub-bub of cleveland whihc was nice. Hey it was a roof for not too expensive for one night! Hope this helped!
