| Customer service at front desk needs to improve a lot. otherwise once you get to your room you can forget all about the front desk and have a relatively comfortable stay.

| Very nice accomodations and great breakfast. Having a kitchen and complimentary popcorn and coffee was a nice touch. The lobby always had a bowl of fresh fruit. The Courtesy Car from the airport had very high step up into the van. I sprained my knee trying to get into it. A portable step would solve the problem.

| The room was clean and well equipped. The hotel is convenient to the airport and offers a free shuttle service. The staff were courteous and friendly. I thought it was a very good value.

| Unbelievable for the price. Just paid QUADRUPLE for far INFERIOR accommodations in London. Flew down from NYC for biz on Friday, stayed extra day and spent Saturday by the glorious pool & hot tub. Well maintained, clean, and great service/amenities.
