| Hotel was an easy 5 to 10 minute walk from the train station which is an inexpensive mode of transport to/from the airport and Civitevecchia (cruiseship port). Just about every attraction in Rome is walkable from the hotel. Very good continental breakfast included. Desk Manager spoke english very well and was helpful. Good value for the room rate charged. This 4 star hotel lived up to our expectations.

| It's a great hotel, the room was spacious and well furnitured, the bathroom was spacious as well. The staff was always more than helpful and ready to pamper you in any way they could, they will never forget your lastname or room number. The hotel is in a park called Piazza Massimo D'Azeglio and is medium size, well mantained park that kids love, it even have a carroussell. The only reason I didn't put a complete 5 is because the wifi internet never worked and they couldn't correct the problem in my whole stay. However they let me connect my pc in their office. For me is inevitable to connect to my office everyday and it was an issue for me. But I would stay in that hotel again for sure, even without the internet.

| Located in an ideal location, about a 10 minute walk to the Colosseo, Forum, Palatine Hill, and about 20 or so minutes from the Vatican. There is dining nearby that is open late, a grocery just up the road, and several places to shop. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful for everything from recommending a restaurant to getting a reservation or a taxi. The room was clean & cozy and the soundproofing on the windows was appreciated at night. The hotel was in very good condition and very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

| My wife and I travelled to Rome in Early May 2006. Our 1st time in Rome we wanted the Authentic Italian experience, not an American Hotel in Rome. We got it and were extremely pleased with the quality, friendliness, and helpfullness. The staff understood English well and were helpful in offering to schedule tours or simple directions to wherever we wanted to go. We could walk to the Terminini (the central point of all transportation in and around Rome) in 2 blocks. We had a lovely 10 minute walk to the Spanish steps and 5 minutes more to Trevi Fountain. You could walk to the Vatican in about an hour if you wanted to but we went to the bus stop 1 block from our front door. I really valued a good breakfast for the start of a day (meals aren't cheap and the dollar is weak against the Euro), The Brittania delivered a breakfast Buffet any hotel would be proud of. The only complaint I had was one half of the 2 double beds put together to form our Queen size was too hard. I slept well on the other half and my wife preferred the firmer, so even that worked out great. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation and will be taking the Hotel Brochure to my travel agent so she can direct more people there also! Ciao!

| Liked the welcoming juice/tea and biscuits. Hotel well-located. Concierge great abt. reserving taxi and making dinner res. room very small but clean. nice new marble bathroom. good value. close to Termini train stn, but be careful. ripped off by an old lady - camera taken right out of a front pocket. they work in gangs and are pros. have your train ticket ahead of time and try not to wait too long in one area in the stn.

| This hotel is a good value considering the generally high prices for hotel rooms in Rome. It's in a good location, the service was friendly, and it offers a comfortable lounge and good breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

| The service here was as good as all the reviewer's predicted. The staff made us feel very welcome and were wonderful in suggesting restaurants and special events to attend. They made reservations for us for dinner and for the Borghese Museum. Extremely thoughtful; made the trip even more wonderful.
