| Rooms were pretty clean, and beds were typical. The ice machines were only located on even floors and I had finally found ice on the 8th floor. They had a really nice breakfast that was included. A little pricy.

| This hotel should be rated a 1 star, and I am very disappointed that it has a 3 star rating because this led me to choose this room for my trip. The hotel is old...looks old, smells old, feels old. When we entered our room, we first thought they had given us a smoking room, but realized it was just the smell of a musty, old, unclean room. To top it all off...there were ants in our room...and we were on the 8th floor! The breakfast area was in this little cramped space where 20 people were fighting to get food. The worst part was when I told the front desk about the ants, she just looked at me and said "Ants?" and then the phone rang and she ignored me. I was in a hurry to get out of that smelly place so I just left.

| This was far from being a 3 star hotel. The rooms smelled. The bedding didn't fit properly. The bar/restaurant was small and dirty looking. I certainly didn't save using expedia because I've stayed in better places for less. To top it all the hotel was not close to anything in Albany, NY.

| The hotel was run down and not very clean. As a matter of fact, the bedspread had something caked on it, and when I brought it to the attention of the housekeeping staff, she said, " I'm sorry, but we send spreads out to be laundered on Wed. and Fri., and this is only Tuesday!" She didn't change the spread and we had already pre-paid for our entire stay.

| This hotel is listed as a three-star, but I definatly felt like it was not. While the hotel room was clean, the rest of the hotel felt out of date. It was not a bad place to stay, just not what I was expecting.

| The hotel is generally decent and well kept up. Nothing elaborate. The room was clean except for the fridge which looked clean but smelled like dead fish. Microwave available in room also. The breakfast is basically a cold continental, fine for a quick bite each a.m. Convenient location right off the highway, ok neighborhood, felt safe there. Would go back.

| The hotel itself was very nice until we got in to our room which had a bad musty damp smell. There appeared to be a water leak in the ceiling by the window. If the smell was taken away, I would love to stay there again because it was a convenient location.
