| The hotel it's self is just your basic hotel, but i took my 6 year old son and his 6 year old friend and they had a blast. The arcade kept them busy for hours the pool was nice and relaxing for me and fun for them. They loved the breakfast buffet and the ice cream parlor. We went to Orlando to attend a motorcross event my son is the biggest motorcross fan ever and that is not what he metions to people when asked about the event he mentions how much fun he and his friend had at the hotel and wants to know when he can go back.

| The service employees at this hotel are a very poor example of what customer service is all about. My first exposure to this poor level of customer service came when I phoned the hotel before arrival to ask the location. Coming from the south, I asked what side of Orlando was the hotel located. The service desk could not explain directionally the location. All I was told was to get on I-4 and get off at exit 79. Frustration ensued when I was finally able to locate the hotel and then discover I could not check in until 3pm. So at 3pm there was a whole line of travelers standing, waiting to be checked in by one person. Continued frustration occurred with the nonchalant attitudes of the service personnel. I would think that being in one of the biggest tourist desinations, customer service would be great, but the employees didn't seem to care if you were there are not. Housekeeping didn't seem to find it important enough to replace the dirty towels with fresh either.
