| This hotel with its suites setup was wonderful for our family of 5. It was within short driving distance of all the major attractions of Chattanooga. Plus my son loved it because it is right next to a Taco Bell.

| We found this hotel a pleasant place to stay. Our room was a bit small, but clean and nice enough. We were in town to see the aquarium and other attractions, and were tempted to pay more to stay right next to the aquarium. But we are very glad we stayed here, because it was much less money (including counting paying for parking downtown) and driving five minutes to get to the aquarium was no problem at all. One thing the hotel could improve is the amount of equipment they have for infants. We requested two cribs, but they didn't get our request for some reason, and by the time we checked in they only had one. At breakfast, they only had two high chairs for the whole breakfast room, and they were both taken when we arrived. They also could use another luggage cart--it was in use both when were arriving and departing.

| We stayed 2 nights and would stay again. We found everything to be fine except for maybe the cleaniness of the room. It appeared to be clean, but there was a plastic spoon found beside the chair in the room which indicated to me that they did not clean real well or they would have found it. Other than that we had a wonderful stay. The people were friendly and if you get hungry you can walk to Cracker Barrell. The hotel had no vacancies so it was full. Even with it full our room was quiet. We did not hear anyone once we were inside our room. We had an enjoyable and peaceful stay. We would stay again!

| This easy to get to, off-the-highway hotel is great for families. From the indoor pool and the fitness room to the excellent continental breakfast, (it was more than just "continental", I might add) this hotel is excellent for travellers.

| For a suite, it could have been cozier. It didn't have the "Wow" effect when you walk in. The carpet, furniture, and curtains were dark which gave the room a gloomy feel. The toilet ran all night, and the air unit made noises continuously. The breakfast bar was okay, but there weren't many choices. The staff were friendly. I'd likely stay at a different hotel next time because I've stayed in suites that looked better.

| I am very impressed with the hotel staff, at 2am in the morning, they gave us direction to get to the hotel. The room was great & comfortable. The only dislike was there were not enough parking spaces at the hotel, especially if someone had a trailer & blocked several parking spaces.

| The place is in great condition. They let you borrow books for free, and return them to other Country Inn & Suites near you, its on the honor system. To top it off they have free fresh baked cookies/rolls at all times at the front desk, and the free breakfast in the morning was great also. This place is a great deal.
