| First of all, let me mention 1 good thing about this hotel....its location! That's the only good thing I can think of. Parking is very difficult to maneuver, the lot is very cramp and only has one exit to again a very cramp side street. There is no staff to assist you so you have to figure it out yourself. One particular person at front desk was rude, but none of them greeted us when we came in. The room only had 1 tiny container of lotion and 1 tiny bar of soap....no shampoo or conditioner...oh and we had to wrestle with the lock on the door everytime we had to go in the room...we're never going back there...

| Location very good but room was disappointing. No fridge in room, air conditioning noisy and mould in the bathroom. Despite been on the third floor and double glazing woke up by traffic noise at 6.30 am. Metric measurements in swimming pool are wrong. My daughter jumped into the 1.9m area to find it was only 4'6" deep and not the 6'+ she was expecting.

| Stayed at the Inn at Ellis Square for a week at the end of March. Excellent location (only used the car once), comfortable suite (with some minor annoyances like a shower soap dish that angled downward). We did have some problems - key cards that didn't work was the worst, but the staff was very responsive. If you are a light sleeper, don't take a 2-double bed suite that fronts a main drag in town - road noise was very annoying to my cousin in the early A.M. The regular 1-bed suites do not have this problem. Continental breakfast was quite good and included. Parking was extra but was conveniently located next door. Would definitely stay here again.

| Air conditoning was quiet and room was cool, clean, comfortable, and looked modern. Did not resemble some bad reviews I read prior to our stay at all. Location & price especially hard to beat for Savannah...and we stayed over a weekend. Only issue we had was the parking. It was very confusing and frustrating at first. Narrow entry down poorly marked 1-way alley to get to the multi-story crowded garage and only 1 car is allowed in it per room. We had 2 cars and overflow parking is somewhere down the road and we never found it. We parked 2 cars in garage anyway and didn't get towed but had to remember the entry code to get in AND out (yes out) of the garage and worried about our 2nd car being towed all night. Parking spots in that garage become slim pickings as the day progresses. Also worried about a "ding" in our cars all night due to close quarters in garage. Lastly, a bit of a hike from the upper garage levels to our 4th floor room across the alley (would not recommend for people who like quick access to their vehicle or have medical issues). 2 elevators just to get from car to the room especially ridiculous in that Georgia heat with luggage. Other than the poor parking issues, overall great stay and would stay again now that I have practiced getting in and out of there and memorized the garage code.
