Features
What to expect: Business travelers, vacationing families, and diehard shoppers frequent this hilltop hotel, conveniently located near major byways. Leaving behind a heavily trafficked boulevard, guests park in a covered lot and enter a garden-like lobby with rose-colored marble floors and floral couches, where a player piano and fresh flowers provide a relaxing atmosphere. Amenity highlights: A sunlit indoor/outdoor pool invites guests to unwind in lounge chairs, take a dip, or catch rays when the weather permits the roof's retraction. A 24-hour fitness center has treadmills, stair climbers, elliptical machines, weight machines, free weights, and locker rooms with saunas. The hotel also offers discounted access to a fitness center 1.5 miles away. A small arcade area offers vintage pinball and video games. The complimentary daily hotel shuttle is available from early morning to late night for trips within a 3-mile radius of the hotel. Insider tip: Some of the area's finest shopping is only 1 mile away. The Court, Plaza, and Pavilion at King of Prussia has Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale's, Louis Vuitton, and Emporio Armani, as well as smaller stores and dozens of restaurants. Parking can be challenging—best bet is to take the hotel's complimentary local-service shuttle.
Maxwell's Pub - English-style restaurant is open daily for American fare at breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night snacks at the bar. Kobe Japanese Steakhouse - This popular steak and sushi restaurant offers dramatic tableside preparations of fresh meats and seafood for dinner.

| I arrived at the hotel only to find out they had an "oversold situation" and that they wanted to put me up in another Hilton 20 miles away in downtown Philadelphia. When I accepted a room that had been taken out of service due to musty smell, I was greated with a surprise left in the toilet. When they switched me to another room the following night, the wireless Internet was so weak I couldn't get any work done. It was a nightmare hotel. Hard to believe Hilton has fallen to this level.

| My disappointment was dealing with management. My husband realized he left his wallet in the nightstand drawer 2 hours after we checked out and were heading back to NJ. I spoke to the front desk clerk about what happened and asked that a manager call me back. No one called back an hour an later so I called again and was dispatched to the manager's voice mail. A half an hour went by and I was furious for not receiving a call back so I called again and the front desk clerk seemed surprised that I didn't get a call back. She informed me that the manager had checked with lost & found and no wallets were found. When we arrived back at the hotel, the manager initially told us we would have to wait until morning when housekeeping comes in. She had a lot of complaints to deal with and she flipped her clip chart as if to say "take a number." My husband asked if she could check the nightstand in the room while we were still there. She said someone had checked into the room already and it was against the law to do that. I informed her that I used to work in a hotel and she could get another hotel employee to accompany her. She argued with me back and forth and not until I said I would call a policeman to accompany her did she comply. Of course, she came back to the front lobby with my husband's wallet and apologized. The night manager's attitude was rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

| This is my second time at this hotel and last. Both visits I found myself unable to sleep due to noise levels. Hotel is off the street, but street noise is still at uncomfortable level. Felt like visitors in room above and ajoining were IN my room, due to excessive noise level. Employees hanging around outside smoking were very loud. Sunday morning we asked for a newspaper at the desk and were told we could walk to the grocery store and get one. In-room movie service not operating properly. Pool closed indefinately.

| Horrible. Peeling plaster and black mold on the ceiling in our room. Sunday breakfast was a three ring circus. There were ample vacant tables and a line to get in at the door. If I thought I could get a room at another hotel I would have. It was parent's weekend at my daughter's college and everyplace was booked but this hotel. Now I know why.

| Minimally clean establishment, residual smoky odor in non-smoking room. Lack of clean towels (many in room visibly soiled, not just stained). Poor food quality. Nice pool.

| We had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were very nice. There were two features. First, I really liked are free wireless internet access in the rooms. Second, the lobby has computerized directions to a number of nearby features and will print out maps.

| The bathroom was grungy, the lobby sofas had frayed arms, the carpet was stained in the hall and there was an enormous bug in our room (I know that's not the hotel's fault, but still...). The service was poor, but I think that's because there was a wedding going on the day we arrived. Overall, I was glad to only be staying one night.
