Located just across the street from the 200-store Florida Mall, the Heritage Hotel is set midway between Orlando International Airport and Universal Orlando, approximately seven miles south of downtown. It features an outdoor pool landscaped with tropical plants plus a children’s pool and play area. An on-site restaurant offers American-style breakfasts and an Italian-inspired dinner menu. Meeting facilities are available for groups of up to 200 people.

Among the numerous Orlando golf courses are Hunters Creek Golf Course, seven miles from the hotel, and Grand Cypress Golf Club, 12.5 miles from the hotel. | This is a very basic hotel, not unclean, but you want to where your socks. Toilet did not flush. Had an ironing boad, but no iron. Good do better.

| the lobby was very nice, but the rooms are a different story, definately not the pictures i saw on your website. the lights above the sink didn't work. extra charges i had to pay that aren't charged by expedia. overall it wasn't my cup of tea.

| Room floors were disgustingly dirty Beds only had one sheet and no blankets, just bedspread.You could choose to sleep on top of sheet and under scratchy bedspread, or sleep on bare mattress with sheet on top. Both bad choices. Request for a lightbulb and extra sheets were never responded to. Prostitutes in the parking lot. Fire alarm went off at 11:30 pm. The absolute worst.

| Concern about commotion outside in courtyard, but that was short lived.Room was in excellent condition everything was new and clean.Good location for the airport.

| One of the worst place I ever stayed in my life. Dirty all over the place, rusty carpet. Please dont stay here even if you are offered to stay at free of cost.

| Lobby was nice but the rooms never came close to it. Doors were broken and hard to open with the key. The washer worked but the dryer didn't. The non-smoking rooms reeked of smoke.

| Hotel was in good shape considering it went thru 3 hurricanes in 2 months. Service was pretty good. Nice & quiet for being in heart of Orlando.
