| Hotel was adequate but nothing fancy. Rooms were clean and comfortable but again nothing fancy. It was a good hotel for easy access to Boston and was reasonably priced.

| Staff (particularly the front desk and restaurant) has somewhat of a bad attitude. A lot of flies buzzing around all over the hotel, though thankfully not in our room. Ok I know it's summer and they're next to a lake but they really have to do something about it.

| Good location of the property but definitely not a nice property condition. Washrooms need some major repairs, cleanliness in rooms only when asked for. Use it only when you do not find any other reasonable place to stay. In present state it should be rated just as 1 star. Restaurant service is good and has reasonably good menu to serve slightly more than basic needs at reasonable price but again it is not in a good property in the way the property is mantained.

| I found that the people at this hotel were very up on where to go and how to get there. I do not travel much and the staff at the hotel made getting around very easy and less stressful. The room was very comfortable. The one thing that I did find bad was the noisy neighbor that you would have sworn was in the same room he was so loud. I do not know if this was because of thin walls or he was that loud! The opion of my teenage daughter is "We will be back next year"!

| Hotel overall is nice, limited contenental breakfast (toast and juice). Small bar area, locals use it frequently for bands each night. Less than a mile to the commuter rail station, easy to navigate to. Very soft mattresses and pillows, I got very solid sleep the 4 days I was here. Only Chili's and Macaroni Grill less than a quarter mile from the hotel, otherwise, have to travel half hour to get to US 1 for other places to eat. Overall A+!

| I had problems with the phone and room service. I had to go downstairs for a menu. They were out of our first choice and the food we received was nothing to cheer about. Otherwise the accommodations were adequate.
