the hotel was not to my expectation the internet makes it look a lot better than it really is. the hotel does not accomadate small children. i asked for a refrigerator for my daughter's milk and they could not give me one. the only thing good ablout the hotel is it's location. it is near a mall and all restaurants.

You get what you pay for. I thought we'd give this a try because the other reviews made it sound nice and clean. You can hear every footstep in the hallway, the toilet flush next door, not to mention any kids running around. There was blood (?) or something on the boxspring. The staff seemed friendly enough, but we only stayed 1 night.

My first night I had to kick a bear bottle out of my room doorway to get in. Then, from 2am to 6am I listened to room doors slamming shut and the wonderful sounds of high school kids partying. Do not stay here if you want to sleep. The room needed repainting, the fan in the bathroom was coated with dust and the whole hotel in general needed a good cleaning. On the plus side, the air conditioner and television both worked, which surprised me. This seems to be strictly a local yokels hangout for teens wanting to party.

I checked in around 4:00 - 4:30 PM on April 21, 2006. It took the front desk staff 15 min. or a little bit more time to check me in. At the time, she is talking on the phone with either hotel management or travel agent officer about a customer who complained about the service that was rendered to them. Though, I should mind my own business. I find it concerning that at that time I was the only person checking in and that it took me more than 15 mins. to get checked in. Secondly, the room that I got had used bed sheets and linens. How would I know? Well, the first time I stayed in the hotel the month before I had fresh linens and bed sheets. I vividly remember the difference between the two. And finally, no slippers, toothbrush, and toothpaste. Courtesy is okay so I am not complaining about it. I just recognize that there should be a hotel manager to handle the complaints on the phone and have somebody check in the guests as seemlessly as possible. Thank you.
