| Stayed 3 nights and not a single hotel employee spoke to us other than at check in and check out. Very little if any attention paid to guest by staff at this hotel. Food way overpriced for the quality of meal we were served. If you stay go somewhere else to eat. Hotel is absolutely beautifull inside and out but will not stay again.

| We stayed the weekend of Aug 4th for our anniversary. The front desk worked hard to find us an acceptable (upgraded) suite. Very nice! The room was very large and clean, the bed was comfortable too. The hotel was bright and rarely smelled of smoke. The pools are very crowded, but we usually found a seat. Did not think the food quality on the breakfast buffet was good, but very much enjoyed the lunch buffet. Highly recommend Shaihai Lilly, the food was excellant and the service was fantastic!

| Hotel was nice, but a bit disappointed with the rooms. The pool was excellent, but crowded. Food was great but a bit expensive. Our room view was the strip, but we got the small window on the 7th floor. The beds were a little uncomfortable. The bathrooms were nice with a seperate shower and tub, and the marble floors were a plus. Overall we will probably wouldn't stay here again but it was still a nice hotel.

| It was nice, but I felt like it was geared more for a younger crowd. It had alot of nightclubs and live bands.

| Upon check-in I was informed that the category of room I had reserved were sold out. So the desk clerk upgraded me to a penthouse suite. When I could not find the private penthouse private elevators, a security guided me all the way to my suite. The suite was outstanding with great views of the Las Vegas landscape. The prices for the restaurant and the bar were a little high, but it was no more than I would expect from a hotel of its caliber. In my opinion, the major negative for this hotel is that is located on the extreme southern end of Las Vegas Blvd. Other than that, I highly recommend the Mandalay Bay.

| Over all the hotel it self was not that bad. The hotel room was not as nice as we had expected. When we walked in there was a big stain on the carpeting. We also had problems with the cleaning staff not giving us washcloths when they restocked the room with towels. The pool area never had enough towels. They would run out of clean towels by early afternoon. The pool area also does not have enough seating for all of the guests looking to use the pool at the same time. We would have to search and search to find a lounge chair that was not already being used. The hotel it self was beautiful but we would not stay here again.

| Pools are great. However you can not set the temperature in your room. All that is offered is warm or warmer, cold or colder. You can not set it to the temp you'd like. If you like a specific temp you will be miserable. Also as a single traveller I rec'd only one glass and there is no kleenex stocked. Really cheap for the price. Unless you want the nice pools Vegas has too many other options. Choose them.

| My Husband and I stayed at this hotel 4 years ago. We were in LOVE! We went back for the quality and pools. We were disappointed to see that the quality and service of the Hotel was not the same. The pools still ROCK though. The resturants are superb! We love the food at "Trattoria Del Lupo" Best drinks at "The Rum Jungle" especially the "Havanna Banana" If we go back we probably will not stay here. We're sad to say that.

| The first room that we were given had a filthy, smelly bathroom. Room 2 the carpet was still wet from a shampooing. Room 3 had drapes dangling from the rod and clothes drawers that kept opening out, these were fixed the next day. The bed was hard with springs poking us in various places. We didn't get a full night's sleep all of our stay. The hotel coffee was awful. Thank God they had a Starbuck's vender. The food was overpriced and mediocre. The concierge service would only book hotel events and restaurants. Couldn't get two empty chaises at the pool(s). Left Las Vegas and never going back.
