| This is a new hotel and the rooms were in great shape, very roomy for our family with a 2.5 year old. The staff was very friendly and the complimentary breakfast was very good. THe only drawback was we had asked for a queen bed and got two double beds instead.

| On Saturday morning, the water never got hot enough for an adequate shower. For the room rate, that was a disappointment.

| The hotel rooms were being assigned on the corridors being re-decorated leading to smells in the corridor and rooms. More seriously, the smoke detectors were taped over in the corridors on two of three nights I stayed. The staff appeared disinterested and un-motivated.
