| The hotel was very nice expeecialy for the price which was quite reasonable. Does not include any breakfast. There was a breakfast buffet available for an extra charge. There was a continental or full breakfast options available. Both were slightly expensive.

| Not a five-star resort by any means, but my family had a nice stay at this hotel on a recent KC weekend getaway. Odd thing about the hotel was the lack of a hair dryer in the bathroom. But, it's in a great location, easy to find from 435 and close to great restaurants such as 40 Sardines and shopping.

| I realize the Hotel was undergoing remodeling, but that's no excuse for the carpet in our room, in the hall, was obviously not vacuumed--a broken luggage strap laying on the floor by the bed from a previous guest. The alarm clock's LED reading was mostly burned out and we had no clock, the hall lightbulb was burned out (by the closet), we had two double beds with king-sized blankets--which hung over two feet onto the dirty floor. The bathroom had been spot cleaned. And, the worst--the people across the hall were locked out of their room. She went to the front desk and, in error, requested a key to our room number. No questions asked, they provided her with our room key. I've never stayed at a hotel where you didn't have to verify you were the person staying in the room you were requesting a key for. (Fortunately, this was my sister-in-law and that's how we knew she asked for the wrong room key.) I mentioned this to the front desk--she said "I'm sorry." That was it. Didn't take notes for maintenance to be done. Will have a hard time choosing another Wyndham Hotel. I wrote the hotel (via email)--no response of course.

| everything about the hotel was as expected except that the shower/bathtub in the bathroom was needing to be replaced, not just cleaned, replaced. The spicket had been replaced but not with the same size of the original. The tub was stained and the grout around the tile was discolored.
