I felt this hotel was a good value for the money. It was clean, the lobby was attractive; the hotel staff very helpful. I compared it to the two other hotels in East Hartford and it had what I needed most: a comfortable bed, a blow dryer, and an iron with an ironing board.

I arrived at night to a cheerful receptionist who checked me in immediately. I went into a clean room and went right to sleep. The next day, I had a free continental breakfast with the exact cereal I like and with hot coffee. This hotel fulfilled my expectations nicely and was reasonably priced.

I need a place to stay when I travel to East Hartford. This hotel is inexpensive, clean, and close to where I work. I keep going back because it does the job and doesn't cost me a lot. Just make sure that the dead bolt works. Mine didn't last time, and the door chain looked like it had been pulled out of the door. Every time I bring something up, they're pretty responsive. They also have a gigantic fish in their fishtank. Check it out.

Our stay was very pleasant. The morning breakfast was sufficient and well maintained. The front desk staff on all shifts was friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Although cleaned daily, the hall carpets need to be deep cleaned for spots or replaced every other area rooms, breakfast nook, and lobby were very well kept. Greatly appreciated the friendly staff.

I would not recommend staying at this dive. It served it's purpose for a one night stay, but had we not brought our own sheets and pillows I would not have slept at all. Don't stay here unless you are used to a dive.

Make sure that if you are a nonsmoker, to request nonsmoking. We got stuck in a smoking room, and coming from smoke free environments, we ended up stinking like a dirty cigarette by the time we left in the morning. Luckily there was a window to open, that helped, but then you were exposed to the sounds of I-84 all night. Plus no screen on window, so thankfully it wasn't buggy. Overall, you are getting what you paid for. As long as you deaden your pain by going to the New Hooters in Manchester, capping it off with a Margaritas stop, it shouldn't be too bad.

We were pleased with our stay. The price was right, front desk personal were very pleasent and accommodating. We stayed in a smoking room and unfortunately prior guests were careless with their cigarettes, leaving burn marks evident through out the room. The room was in slight disrepair, but tolerable. Maid service was excellent. One thing that did bother me...the carpet in the room, is in need of replacement. I would choose to stay in a non-smoking room for the next stay at this hotel.

The toilet tank flap was leaking making the toilet run. I had to shut off the water to stop the noise. Besides that the room was well equipped for a cheap hotel and was a good value for the money.

Finding the hotel was easy. The hotel staff was polite and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the room rate included a continental breakfast the next morning in a small sit-down snack area. The room was clean, and the coffepot, tv and hairdryer all worked.Overall it was a very convenient and comfortable night's accomodation.
