| I did realize I wasn't staying at a 4 star property but basic standards should be maintained. Here it is...Friendly lobby staff is about all it offered. When I reviewed hotel prior to trip per the listing info it was recently revonovated/updated. Painting the lobby doesn't quite do it. In the morning in noticed the dirty tub and a toilet that barely flushed. Upon leaving the room and walking down the dimmly lit hallway, I noticed that the fire hydrant hose cabinet was damaged and missing all the components. The continental breakfast was a small notch below a 7-11 snack. The brass handrails in the dinning room were dirty and sticky. Not what you want to encounter at breakfast. Over all the deffered maintenance and lack of cleanliness amke this a D- property. I wasn't looking for a Porshe experience out of a sedan but I don't think it's reasonable to leave HoJo feeling dirtier when I leave than when I arrived. Definitely avoid!

| Was expecting hotel to have a restaurant - it was not open - had to drive them - Could have saved some money and stayed at lower price hotels down the street - I was very disappointed with this hotel and will not stay there again.

| Hotel was nice, staff was extremely nice, BUT, in the morning, the water was only tepid, and it was 8 degrees outside! We needed the hot water. The lounge was under construction, but the hotel offered free shuttle service to another restaurant! Kind of nice to drink all we wanted without having to drive back to our room. Would probably give them another chance for the budget price.
