The Ramkota provided a nice hotel for my wife and kids. The kids were able to play in the nice pools that they have and that was enjoyable. The rooms were clean and plenty of room. It was not a 5 star hotel, but it was fine for a couple of nights. The only complaints for a hotel like that was it did not have ESPN on its tv package. Also, there was no complimentary breakfast which is pretty standard these days.

The employees of the motel were wonderful. They were helpful when we had concerns and did whatever they could when necessary. The pool and waterpark areas are fun, but they seem to be lacking the equipment to maintain them properly, i.e. water temperature, times the slide is open. The room was comfortable, but this motel is starting to show its age. We were extremely disappointed with the TV service, or lack of. There was a very limited choice of channels and all the good ones cost money. I didn't think it was fair to have the game controls in the room for the kids to see, and want to play, only to have to pay $8/hr to play it. Again, the staff was very friendly and courteous.
