| Hotel is very clean and super location. Much more affordable than downtown St. Louis hotels and only 10 minutes from downtown. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance fromt the hotel. Easy access to Interstate and easy to find coming off the interstate.

| Stayed for business, close to highway, but couldn't hear any highway noise which was nice. Seemed like there wasn't enough parking and the entrance is a little bit hidden and tight. The room was nice, bed was comfortable, check in/out was smooth. Maybe a little bit pricey for a business trip but I couldn't find anything else decent close to where my meeting was.

| In 4 days at this hotel we encountered only extremely helpful, service-oriented staff, like the bellman who found an umbrella for us to borrow and the bartender who remember our drink orders. Only complaints: breakfast food was awful and the ice machine rumbles in the hall. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and there are great restaurants nearby.

| Great location -- central to all key business areas in the St. Louis region, a short drive from Lambert; nice facilities -- rooms are comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished; incredibly good restuarants! -- really, first-rate fare, alternative menus for those who are following various diets, with full nutritional info, excellent wines, special regional dishes; and very reasonably priced. This will be my hotel of choice for all future visits to the St. Louis area. I've stayed in a number of "higher-end" hotels in the area over the years, and this is by far the best. The best value for the money, the best food, nice surroundings.

| The front desk staff were remarkably slow and unhelpful, ignoring two other guests standing there waiting to check in as well as myself. Another guest stepped up to ask where a meeting was being held and the clerk wordlessly handed her a list of meetings that was clearly not meant for guests to view. Then offered no direction when the guest found the name on the list. Really poor!
