Rooms were very clean and nice. Service was great. Sundries, ski/bike shop, bar and restaurant onsite. Hotel is right on a beautiful stream with a bike path. Spa and fitness center is fantastic. Our kids loved Camp Cascade! Frequent shuttle takes you to Lionshead and Vail Village. Quiet hotel away from the hustle and bustle and construction at Lionshead and Vail Village.

Wonderful property and a great staff. Shuttle service takes you right into the village(which is an easy walk as well). Splurge on a streamside room - the sound of the water is really nice to fall asleep to.

We returned to Vail in summer after several years doing other things. We found this resort to include everything we needed/wanted/wished for. Excellent dining in the restaurant, and very comfortable room and amenities. The grounds are lovely, and the soothing sounds from Gore Creek can't be beat. Although we didn't have our dog with us, we noted with some delight the many other well-behaved pooches and their humans vacationing at the resort.

The hotel was awesome. Good service. Great fireside bar with good entertainment. Wonderful spa and the movie theater and basketball and tennis courts were a great perk. The Chaps restaraunt was not up to par for the expensive price, but room service was excellent. Short drive to Beaver Creek which had awesome kid program for skiing and was great village.

We were looking for a hotel in Vail, preferably one right on the slopes so no long walk to the lifts. Ended up ignoring this place a few times online because it looked quite far away..BUT the great thing is the hotel actually has its own ski lift that takes you directly up onto the slopes and is on the vail trail map on the far right hand side, they should really publicise that a bit more. thus we rented skis, bought lift tickets and got on the slopes all without leaving the hotel. Rest of the hotel is nice too, has lots of sports facilities, a few jacuzzis and most other stuff you could want. Free shuttle bus to Vail / lions head every 15 mins
