| We arrived late in the night, the staff was friendly, our room was immediately available, it was clean, comfortable, and everything we needed was made available to us. The exterior of the hotel and interior resemble more than 2 1/2 stars. I will stay again.

| I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and had Internet service. The Internet Service did not work in the business center on either my wireless connection or on the hotel's computer. They couldn't get it fixed while I was there.

| When we walked into the lobby, it smelled like we had walked into the middle of an ashtray. We had to change rooms, because the front desk put us in a room with two double beds - even after I specifically asked for a queen or king when we checked in. Once we got to our final room - the "non-smoking room" that I had requested, it was clear that Comfort Inn does not enforce this policy. The linens, walls, floor, etc. all smelled horrible which forced us to sleep with the bedroom window open. One evening there was a couple that was having a very bad fight and the woman was screaming and yelling obsenities. The staff did little, to nothing to stop it. I have NEVER stayed at a hotel like this before and I will never stay at a Comfort Inn again. The staff was not friendly and totally unaccomodating.
