| While we stayed at the hotel our toilet became plugged and over flowed causing a mess. Hotel maintinence came unplugged the toilet and left the mess on the floor, left mumbling something about housekeeping. After waiting 20 minutes and no one coming to clean up the floor we made a call to the front desk inquiring when housekeeping would come and clean the floor. A housekeeping supervisor came , acessed the bathroom floor and sent in the maid with a towel to wipe the floor dry. No mopping or cleaning the floor, just wiped dry with a towel. It was very distressing to have to use a bathroom that had water & feces on the floor to just be wiped up with a towel. How the situation was handled was VERY unprofessional.

| It was a great stop. The only problem was trying to find it off the highway. By far the best hotel we stayed in from Washington State to Virginia.
