| My ONLY complaint would be the free breakfast where the waffle mix was not done correctly and the waffles were basically inedible. All in all that is a very small complaint for what was a nice stay in a very comfortable room with easy access to nice restuarants in the area.

| The smell of mildew or mold from the air conditioner really tainted my impression of Amerisuites. I thought it was also a bit funny that a tv was placed exactly between the sleeping area and the sitting area. I guess this meant there was a tv in every room, right? I just was not impressed at all and felt like we way overpaid for these accomodations. Win some, lose some.

| We had a very good experience. The room was very clean, spacious, and everything worked well. Bathroom is a little small, but functional. Breakfast is included in the stay, and you have lots to choose from....including some hot items. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to offer advice/directions on sights and restaurants. Small indoor pool and jacuzzi was convenient due to some storms. Loved the free coffee and popcorn in the lobby!

| I had made reservations for 2 queens. I had to change my reservations a week before to stay fewer days. The hotel said they never received my change and didn't have a room available. Expedia says the change was sent and verified as received. We ended up with a handicapped room with only one king bed and a hideabed which was VERY uncomfortable. No counter in the bathroom and the floor was dirty and a closet where the clothes dragged on the floor. The continental breakfast was good, but other than that... thumbs down.

| This is our 1st visit to the hotel. We usually stay at the Inn on the Campus at NAU. We were overwhelmed with the quality of the hotel and the many amenities offered. It's conveniently located next to the campus with many restaurants within minutes. A great value for money experience. We'll be back!

| The hotel was clean but a bit worn. The beds were terrible. After being poked by springs two nights, I took the cushions from the sofa and chair and slept on the floor! The bedspreads were suspect and I don't believe they were changed between rentals.

| We stayed here for one night. The best things about the hotel were the indoor pool, which the kids loved, and the breakfast buffet, which included several hot items. The rooms were a bit dingy and could use some work in the bathrooms. Also, the "suites" are actually one big room with only a large doorway separating the living room area from the bedroom area. We normally get a suite (with a bedroom door) when traveling so that we can stay up and watch TV without disturbing the kids. So, keep in mind that this is just one big room and you will not have the privacy that you normally have in a typical suite.
