| The hotel's land-line connection to high-speed internet is very slow and the log-on could take a long time and may require front-desk assistance. The wireless connection can only down down the lobby, not convenient.

| Very Nice hotel. English speaking staff. Huge, delicious continental breakfast. Fast 24-hour room service. Plush bed and a large flat screened TV with all channels.

| The employees of this hotel where what made it good. It's pretty much what you'd expect except that the staff goes the extra mile to make your stay really nice, safe and comfortable.

| Stayed at the Imperial Hotel for the last night of my trip in Taiwan and used their car service to get to the airport. I didn't have to worry about anything and it was a very enjoyable stay. Food was excellent and customer service was great. Clean, modest luxury at a very reasonable price.

| Historicaly , a nice hotel in an older but friendly neighborhood. The hotel itself is pleasant and well apportioned by last decade standards. The working staff is also pleasant if somewhat confused. The new management of the hotel seem to be inexistent at best. The F&B director spent more times on his cell phone and with pleasing young ladies, that solving the restaurants problems (they are numerous).Make sure to double check everything you ask for, from the desk to the main buffet breakfast.Only exception the Sonoma grill ( run by somebody else) where the management and the staff were very profesional and friendly. The food also is very good at this restaurant.Head of security discreet and efficient.Gift shop below par and poor selection.Tailor shop goodHousekeeping good. Inadequate excercise areaIt seems the owners at moving from individual traveler to groups> You can feel it in the lack of service and attention.
