| The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and efficient. Ameneties were very basic however. For example, room service was provided by area restaurants through a carrier service. After about nine pm, many were no longer available. The hotel itself only served breakfast in a small dining area, although the prices were reasonable and the service was good. The only shopping in walking distance was a Toys R Us and a Borders Books, although the local shopping mall was about a10 minutes drive. Guests could purchase snacks like chips and candy as long as someone was at the front desk. All and all, the basic service was very good, but don't expect much extra.
