We stayed in the family suite for one night. Very good location, near by the Bryce. Fair one with no surprises.

Ruby's seems to have cornered the market on lodging & services at Bryce. It was very convenient to the park. Rooms were fine, but quite a distance from the office, store, pool etc. I actually drove the kids to the pool. Food in the restaurant was mostly buffet style & was adequate. We did the horse ride in Red Canyon (2 hours) which was fun. The cost of the room was about 20% higher than other motels on our trip- probably due to lack of significant competition.

very crowded & chaotic. Avoided the swimming pool, too loud & roudy. Great location for going into Bryce, that's obviously the biggest selling point.

This is a pretty nice hotel and it has many amenities. However, if you want a quiet, restful stay this is probably not the hotel for you. It has a great pool but it was full all day and all night long.

The rooms are clean but you can hear your neighbors .. specialy in the bathroom .The buffet is full of people, very noisy and the cooking is not very nice. The pool is inside and you have just a small place around it, just enough to have your feet wet ... The advantage of this hotel is that it's very near to the entrance of the canyon: 2 miles. Anyway you can survive in it!!

We were only here one night and got in late and checked out early, but our check-in service was efficient and friendly, out room was clean and comfortable, if a bit small (and I would have preferred a view of the lake), and check -out went quickly. Computers and internet hookups were not working the night we were there and that was slightly annoying but I don't believe it was the fault of the inn. Was certainly convenient to attractions, was full of tourists, and had a lot of amenities which we didn't have time to use.

Ruby's Inn and another property across the road are about the only lodging in close proximity to the park. Because of their location, the hotel is frequented by many tour groups throughout the year. This means that the restaurants and many of the other facilities are periodically very crowded. A buffet offers a good selection of food, but gets to be repetitious if your stay is more than a day or two. Dining facilitites are limited in the area, so the hotel restaurant is about the only choice. However, there is a relatively well stocked grocery store on the property, and refridgerators and microwave ovens are available upon request. Because the various lodges are fairly old, they are not very acoustically insulated. So, if you have a first floor room, expect to hear every footstep from your overhead neighbors.

Very good quality/price ratio. Nice hotel, with a lot of rooms. The closest from Bryce Canyon National park. It also has a restaurant and a few shops where you can buy everything you need before hiking in the park.
