| The hotel has a great atmosphere upon arrival as you are coming to lobby ie the waterfall display that is accented by lights which creates romantic atmosphere. The staff was very friendly. The room I stayed in had a pool side view as well as a good view of Ranger stadium. The total room atmosphere was very inviting, as well the decor was current. For a couple to stay in this room could turn into a very romantic time as well as relaxing.

| They gave us a room with an adjoining door. We could hear everything that was going on next door. Everything that was said and every noise that was made. The guests next door came back to their room at about 1:30am with a group of people and we got no sleep from that time on. I approached the hotel front desk about the problem at about 2:00am. They asked me what I wanted to do about the problem, instead of taking the initiative to fix the problem themselves. The next morning, I tried to call down to the 'Bellhop' desk for a cart to put our luggage on. I let the phone ring at least 20 times and got no answer, so I went down to the 'Bellhop' desk myself. When I asked for a cart, the man at the desk explained that they were very busy in the mornings and I would have to wait until there was an available 'Bellhop' to bring the cart to my room. The best way to handle this type of situation, in my opinion, is don't ever go back. That's how I intend to handle it.

| A great place to stay if you're going to the Arlington Convention Center. A little expensive, but if you're only staying a few days at most this is the place to stay. If I go to Arlington, TX next year this is the place I'll be staying.
