| This hotel was in a great location. Near all kinds of shopping on the Magnificent Mile and even walkable to a red line train station. The room was nicely appointed and had a large marble bathroom. Would definitely recommend!

| Room was small but very nice. Consider requesting a lake view room. We didn't and we ended up looking out at a brick wall. We asked for a lake view one upon check in but none were available -- told them it was our anniversary and they upgraded us to their premium member floor though which was nice.

| Overall, satisfied with hotel considering only a one-night stay. Check-in was worst part of experience...only 2 representatives to assist a very long line of obviously weary travelers. Lowest rate available provided view of ventilation fans and brick building next door - OK for short stay, but would be a huge disappointment to anyone expecting a view. Great location, though, next to Hancock building and in the middle of great shopping!

| The staff was so nice, and the beds were actually comfortable. Great location! Quick walk for shopping and bar hopping. Not a bad price either. No pool though, so if you stay here don't plan on swimming. We had a wonderful time! One thing... We didn't get back from the bars til 3 and forgot to put the do not disturb sign out. The maid knocked real early in the morning, I said "yes", she appologized. She kept coming back and knocking like every 10 minutes. Finally we just jumped up and put the sign on the door. If you plan on sleeping in pas 8, put the sign on the door or they'll drive you nuts!

| This hotel is within a block of The American Girls Place. It was an easy walk for my 5 year old. The Cheesecake Factory is directly across the street in the John Hancock Center. The Navy Pier with it's amusement park style rides and the Children's Museum is also nearby.
