| I came down during this past Labor Day weekend and too my amazement, it wasn't crowded at all. The complimentary breakfast was good and I enjoyed spending time in the swimming pool, whirlpool & jacuzzi. It got pretty noisy once there were kids in the indoor pool around 6pm, but eventually it got quiet when the pool closed. Only real complaint was the bath mat in the tub. It seemed too suspicious that something nasty was covered up underneath, or that- that part of the tub hasn't been washed in ages. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay.

| The walls are not thick and the kids in the pool are out until well past midnight. Good family hotel not for just married couples.

| The front desk did not have sewing kits? I was in town for my daughters dance recital these costume things come up. They did have a needle and a spool of thread in the back of a drawer so that turned out ok. Trying to jump into traffic coming in and out of the parking lot was like playing frogger, you literallly were taking your life in you hands. The breakfast room was tiny and not well laid out for efficiency. And on our last night the fire alarm went off at 2:45am...... no reason no explanation. When I asked about it at check out the next morning the desk clerk laughed and said there was a tiger loose in the hotel? Oh well live and learn.

| The hotel itself is in a good shape and at a good location. However, the housekeeping was not appealing. While they kept the room clean and performed that part of the service well, one day, I arrived at my room (after leaving it when a housekeeping lady came in to clean) and found the door unlocked. I had all my belongings in the room which could have been damaged or stolen. That is not acceptable and I did report it to the manager.

| We enjoyed the jacuzzi in our room. The breakfast was great every morning. You also got 2 free drinks per night. That was a great value for our dollar. I thought the bed was a bit lumpy. The worst part was the walls were paper thin. Kids and adults were running the halls until 1 am several nights in a row. That part was not acceptable for us. After the weekend was over it quieted down a little bit. Overall it was a good experience. I would recommend to the hotel some hot chocolate packets and instant oatmeal for the breakfast. I bought my own and had it everyday. They already had the bowls and hot water.
