| The Hotel is a bit out of the way for any downtown Sacramento activities. The pool was out of order. The drink vending machine was out of order. The restaurant connected with the hotel was finished serving breakfast by 10:30.

| This was our first stay in a Clarion Hotel and doubt will stay in another in the future. The plusses were the bed was comfortable and the room was large. The night of our stay it was quiet. The minuses were: the bathtub and sink faucet were both leaky - nonstop dripping. The shower was the worst shower we have ever had, could hardly get enough water pressure to rinse off the soap/shampoo. The furnishings were very well used and outdated. It was a depressing room that overlooked a trailer park.

| This hotel is for the price shopper . Need a cheap hotel for a business overnight and it's okay. Bathroom fixtures leaking and not clean . Take your shower at the "Y" .

| There are many nice things I can tell you about this hotel, however let me list the one negitive first. No heating or A/C controls in the room. Thats right, there is only a knob that goes from low to high for a Fan in your room. Somewhere else in the building the air conditioning tempature is controled. I was here on a business trip so only had to contend with my own comfort and was able to put up with the slight discomfort of having to sleep in a room that I would have prefered to be colder. However my family would never put up with it. Other then that - :) - this was a great hotel, good size rooms, recently redecorated, granite counters in restrooms, mini fridge and micro wave, friendly staff - would love to stay again if they get in room a/c's.

| My check-in date was 5/21 and out 5/23. When I tried to check in they had my arrival as 5/23, problem #1. I left the room at 8:45 a.m. and did not arrive back until 10:45 p.m. only to find that my room had never been serviced, problem #2. I called the desk and was told housekeeping was not in but they would send up towels if I needed them, not wanted, needed. I told him I wanted the Manager to call me the next day and gave him my cell #. I'm still waiting for that call, problem #3. Any hotel chain who hires a manager who doesn't care enough to follow up with a problem will never get my business again.

| The staff were accommodating. Sincerely appreciated the cleaning people. There was nothing specifically spectacular about the hotel at all. Convenient to mall, freeway and not at all hard to find.
