| This hotel is really clean, close to downtown (15 minutes by train), the staff friendly and helpful, the best hotel I ever had in Canada

| Simply put - The hotel is not worth the 3 Stars rated by Expedia. My room did not have central heat and air, no Internet Access and Management still has not credited my account for 3 days because I checked out. Save yourself the hassle.
