This five-story downtown hotel is one block from the riverfront, 1.5 blocks from Sci-Port Discovery Center, and three blocks from Shreveport Expo Center. Complimentary airport transportation is provided daily, from early morning until late evening. Shuttle service also operates within two-miles of the hotel, which includes major businesses and casinos. Also complimentary are daily buffet breakfasts, a beverage in the bar, a business center with a computer and high-speed Internet access, and wireless Internet access in the lobby area. A fitness room is provided, as is a seasonal outdoor pool. Meeting rooms are available, and parking is free.

| The rooms were large, well accommodated. Location was perfect; close to all the casinos, close to downtown activities, easy to locate. Breakfast could not be beat. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful.

| We really enjoyed our stay at Best Western Chateau Suites. The rooms were roomy and very clean. The bed was so comfortable!! The shower was big and many features. Very, very, very pleased with this hotel!!!

| Check in took 45 minutes (and we were the only ones checking in). The pool had plenty of dirty towels over all the lounge furniture but no clean ones. Worst of all, our reserved 2 Queen bed room turned into 1 King room and a very broken sofa bed. We put the mattress on the filthy floor for the 2 kids to sleep. Friendly but absolutely incompetent staff.

| Hotel centrally located in the Shreveport/Bossier City area. Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly. Grounds were clean. Only negative was the carpet; it was old and worn, needed to be replaced. Overall, I would stay again.

| The suites were large, clean, and comfortable. Hotel service, including complimentary breakfast were excellent. The location was close to many of the sites in Downtown Shreveport.

| We would stay here again. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast buffet offered many choices. This hotel is convenient to the interstate and the downtown area. It is very easy to get to the new Riverwalk from the hotel.
