| Definitely understaffed hotel. However the young lady behind the counter was extremely efficient and pleasant (considering she was multi-tasking). I would recommend this hotel. I have stayed here everytime while in this part of the state. Great location for shopping and dining. It is clean, yet it could use a little maintenance on exterior, looks a little run down.

| There are two LaQuinta's in Laredo, this is not the one which you want to stay. The other is the newer and nicer hotel.

| This hotel is very well located to do shopping, which was the purpose of our travel, however the Hotel was very crowded, so even the breackfast was included there was too many people and the area where the breackfast is served was very small, so we couldn't have breackfast there. The room was very clean.

| Room was not cleaned at expected time. Was told it would be ready in 30 minutes but it took 2 hours for it to be cleaned. Bed was very uncomfortable. Parking lot dirty.

| Older, remodeled hotel. Very convenient to I35, but not so convenient to the airport. More like a "motel" as opposed to a more modern "hotel". Rooms opened to outdoors, balcony upstairs etc. No inside hallways. The room was small, but I was on business travel staying by myself. Room was quiet, very clean and smelled fresh. Beds were a little thin, but the pillows were nice. There was an iron and board in the closet, which was handy. Appeared popular with building, engineering and mechanical longer-stay people judging from the vehicles in the parking lot. Comp breakfast was OK, but nothing fancy. I drove by the new LaQuinta over by the airport, and it looked brand new and as though it would offer more modern ammenities. I would probably stay at the new one next time, because it is convenient to the airport.
