Park Hyatt Toronto Amenities
The hotel’s 930-sq-m (10,000-sq-ft) Stillwater Spa in the hotel’s lower level is a beige-marble facility with floors of glass under which water flows, 17 treatment rooms, a fitness center, private cabanas with flat-screen TVs, a Tea Lounge with a fireplace and saltwater aquarium, and a gift shop for clothing and spa products. Guests help themselves to flavored waters, teas, fruit, and biscotti. Bento box spa lunches are also served in seafood, poultry, or vegetarian versions. Spacious locker rooms have saunas, steam rooms, spa tubs, and designer amenities. The facility caters to women and men and has a couples massage room. Reservations are essential. On the 18th floor, the Roof Lounge is a legendary Toronto watering hole. Small and intimate, the room draws glitterati and literati who relax under the watchful care of the serving staff, some of whom have worked at the lounge for 40 years. The fireplace and leather sofas attract regulars as well as visitors, and in fine weather the lounge’s wrap-around terrace provides superb views of the city.

| Management was not interested in solving any problems I had. Hotel was noisy and there are better hotels in the city to stay at.

| We loved the treatment we received from the hotel staff - they were all so very courteous and helpful to our needs. We also loved the location of the hotel, and wouldn't hesitate to return to the Park Hyatt on a future trip.

| Dinner in the hotel restaurant was expensive, great in presentation, great disappointment in the result. The dinner was not good and far from worth the price. Stay at the hotel, but don't dine there. We also took our breadfast at a restaurant on Bloor Street that the concierge recommended, which turned out to be very satisfying.
