| A 10 minute walk (if you walk slow) to the KLCC shopping center and Petronas. Great location for a lazy, relaxed traveler like me! We enjoyed our stay here very much. Helpful staff.

| The only problem I had was with room service. They just did not understand a simple request for a serve of Earl Gray tea and Danish Pastries!!! Comprehension of spoken English poor. They first brought me plain black tea with no pastries and then nothing at all. If you eat out, the hotel is fine and very conveniently located. Ok for its number of stars. Would prefer to pay more and stay at a similar location next time.

| The employees were rude, the hotel and our room smelt of heavy bug spray, and the hotel was extremely dirty. We stayed 1 hour and called a friend to help us find another room. It was the day before New Year's Eve therefore a very difficult to find a vacancy but did leave in the morning.

| Rooms were great. Outside walkways leading to room were carpeted... don't know how wise that was, given the tropical rains there, so carpets outside were a little shabby, which let down the rest of the setup. Rooms were great, very clean, no mold around shower/bath (something I've struck in even 4 star hotels). Especially enjoyed the coffee at the breakfast buffet - others would disagree, but I couldn't find a decent coffee anywhere else during my travels.
