| I did not like the fact the hotel did not offer free internet access. Wireless access signal in my room was very weak. Hotel uses a service called Waynet (?? I think this is the name) and I had to get on the phone with their tech support and they had me crawling around under furniture tracing wires. Finally they called the hotel maintenence to fix the issue. It shouldn't be this complicated. Breakfast was very good. They had lots of enterainment like big screen tv's, pool table and dart boards which were good since the hotel is located in a less than busy area. Easy access to Logan Airport, 20 minutes.

| The first thing I noticed about the room was the size. I had trouble with Internet service in the room. It was a wired connection. And I could surf for about 10 minutes before being blocked. More to do with Wayport then the hotel, but thought I'd mention it. Also, the hotel bar closes at 12:30 and food stops much sooner. Front desk did supply takeout menus for late night fare. However you had to eat in your hotel room. On day of checkout, I left the hotel for breakfast but couldn't get back into my room. They quickly gave me a new card so I could get back in. But that was very inconvenient. But overall the staff was pleasant on check-in. Rooms were VERY clean. The bed was very comfortable. And again the size of the room was AMPLE. Breakfast buffet was very good. But if you just wanted coffee and juice, you might as well order the Continental breakfast because you are paying that much anyway.

| The beds are worth the stay. We found them to be as comfortable as our bed at home, pillow top. The sheets and pillow cases were sooooo soft that you didn't want to get out of bed. My only issue was with the staff not being able to direct us to any local clubs, bars or lounges or even places to eat dinner. They gave us one option and it was a restaurant nearby. It may have been a communication problem as all of the desk staff did not speak English very well (they did try). I don't think that they understood what we were asking because when we had returned from dinner (which we found a place by driving around) we saw that the hotel had a bar just off the lobby.

| The hotel room was very comfortable, pretty, and well-appointed. An avid reader, I appreciated the reading chair, ottoman, and chairside table lamp and the two phones in the room! The kingsize bed was very comfortable--very similar to our pillowtop bed at home. The dining room was very nice too, with its comfy chairs and large nautical paintings and flags. The tables weren't crammed together as in so many places nowadays. My dinner was well worth the money--huge and delicious. My lunch included New England clam chowder, which was superb!! I'd rate it a tie with Kelly's in York, Pennsylvania, which I've considered #1 for 11 years! I would return just for the chowder!
