| The staff at the hotel was friendly enough. I called to let them know I would not arrive until the middle of the night and they left the door open for me and I was greeted promptly. My room, however, smelled like mildrew. There was mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom and there was standing water on the AC unit by the window. This musty smell was also on the linens. Breakfast was not that delicious either. There was a crock pot of sausage gravy the first morning I was there and the same pot (with crusted gravy at the top) the next morning. Not very appetizing.

| The hotel would have been better if they provided guests with more towels. However, they had the best continentalbreakfast.

| We had requested a room with double beds but none were available at check in. They were going to move us the next day. We called down that morning and said we wanted to stay in the room we were in. This message was not conveyed to the appropriate people. About 2pm someone opened our door but realized we were still in the room. We called down again and were told it was straightened out. Later that evening when we came back our key wouldn't work.....just aggravating! There was a guest at the hotel with a pit bull that was harnessed but it made you feel very uncomfortable walking through an entrance way in close proximity to this dog. Sunday morning the front entrance way to the hotel was litered with trash. Positive points was that the room was clean and the breakfast was good and plentiful.

| Although this hotel is priced cheaper than others, it is much older, and darker. We had a whirlpool suite room. The carpet is in desperate need of a steam clean and the decor is still from the 70's. The room was spacious but dark. There was a Dr. Pepper can in the elevator when we arrived and it was still there 2 days later when we left. On the bright side the staff in the dining area were very friendly and helpful.

| The hotel seems understaffed. Most of the lights in the room had shorts in them and would flicker if bumped and it wasn't the light bulbs. The hot water fluctuated from burning hot to freezing cold constantly during a shower but the room was nice, clean and comfortable. We had a suite and the whirlpool bath was wonderful. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the employees were very courteous and friendly.

| I have stayed in this hotel twice now, once in one of their suites and once in a regular room. The suit is very large and the bathroom (with the jacuzzi) is very impressive! Both rooms have comfy beds! The staff is wonderful and friendly. The hotel itself if in a great location, about 3 minutes from one of the main roads (everything is on this road!) and right off of the main highway! I will deffinitely go back again!

| This was a nice place to stay, the service was good, and efficient. The room was clean and cozy. Even though the hotel was very busy that night with a visting track team, I had a very quiet relaxing night.

| The room was fairly unclean. No tissues in tissue box, for two days, I had to go to the front dest to ask for tissues. They charge $25.00 per stay for bringing your dog, but there is no signage in the lobbie about this charge. Staff is under trained with bad additudes.
