| Upon arrival at the hotel, we were made to wait more than thirty minutes past the official check-in time as the desk clerk tried many times without success to call the maid to confirm if the room was ready. Finally, the matter was resolved and we were able to go to the room. The hotel only has one vending snack and soda machine which was hard to find. Also, we discovered that Discover Card is not accepted anywhere in Bermuda. Besides these minor issues, overall the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, esthetic, nice and clean. A hairdyer, stocked coffee maker; and soap, shampoo, and conditioner were generously provided. The TV worked great and had cable channels for kids to enjoy their cartoons. The food in the hotel was a bit pricey but delicious. Room service was fast and all our meals were tasty. The hotel pools, beaches, and water park were better than great and we the kids and us enjoyed them immensely! All in all, this was a fine place to stay.

| Stunning location, lovely pool area and beach, friendly staff, but definitely not the luxurious experience we expected considering the cost. Touted as family-oriented, but very expensive food service not well suited for kids. Marginal room service: e.g., asked three times for additional hangars and never got them; asked for hand towels and never got them. Rooms are mediocre motel-type with cheap furnishings and sub-par maintenance (e.g., sliding patio doors corroded; phone message light not working).

| Overall we were satisfied. We were in the older part of the hotel which was not renovated, but the room was clean and comfortable. Our one complaint was the gap in meal options after 11 AM: the Chameleon was closed and although the hotel claimed that the Pearl Onion would then open, we ended up having a pizza for "breakfast" in the lounge, the only functioning restaurant between 11 and noon.

| My husband and I spent our tenth anniversary at the Wyndham last week. We stayed in a cottage for our honeymoon ten years ago and this hotel was much better. The rooms are pretty average, but the hotel grounds are magnificent. The pool and on-site beaches are awesome!!

| Overall, the hotel was very nice. The bathroom's needed a little renovating, but who spends all their time in their rooms, while being in Bermuda?! I have to say, the hotel was beautiful, and everyone their was so nice. I highly recommend it to anyone!
