| Leak from the window made my baggage wet. One of the elevators in maintenance even during such peak time as DC Marathon.There was a double charge for my credit card that required 2 phone calls to be fixed.Restaurant is ok, with room service until late night.Overall hotel is good, considering low rate from Expedia.

| Courteous staff, VERY convenient shuttle to the Metro stations and to the airport and free high speed internet access (via ethernet cable provided bu the hotel). I will make this Holiday Inn my destination in Arlington, Va in the future.
