| My husband and I had never been to Montreal, and were pleasantly surprised that the Omni was located in such a central location for shopping and nightlife. Just a couple of blocks to Rue St. Catherine, and about 4 to Rue Crescent. The neighborhood was beautiful, and the hotel was lovely and low-key. A wonderfully fragrant floral arrangement greeted us each time we stepped into the lobby. We would definitely stay here again.

| Overall the stay was wonderful. We were able to check in early, but I had to change my room when I arrived. They orignally had us in the room by the ice maker which was very noisy and had no view. Upon check in I went to the concierge and with a bit of prodding they gave me a terrific room with a bidet and fabulous view. There was free coffee and tea in the main lobby which they never informed us of, but we stumlbed upon.

| The location is great. Especially for shopping. The workout/exercise facility is great and the equipment is top quality. The pool is perfect and set in a unique way between high rises, but you get sun almost a full day. They let us do a late check out of 2PM. The style of the room is not totally updated, but it was clean and the beds are very comfortable.

| I must say that I was very impressed with the omni mont royal. The location is perfect and only 2 blocks from the metro, you are in the center of everything, nice restaurants all within walking distance of the hotel, there is not a need for a vehicle, parking is a big problem, but the metro can take you all over the city and to the casinos. The room was awesome, my husband and I stayed in the junior suite which offered a view of the mountains and the city. The decor was very upscale with old world charm. The entrance to the lobby is scented with a huge bouquet of lillies, there is marble every where surrounded by soft lighting. If you like to workout in the morning, the gym is really nice, they offer a seasonal pool, and sauna and afterwards you can sit in one of the sunrooms and have an assortment of juices, coffee , muffins and fruit. The hotel is definetly 5 star and we are looking forward to another stay at the omni.
