| Yes, this hotel is NOT close to the downtown SF action. So what? It is clean, comfortable, VERY affordable and within walking distance of some fine restaurants, stores and the grocery store. You want to get somewhere, you drive - as you would even if you were in a downtown expensive property. And the wireless internet worked great and the non-smoking room smelled good and clean and fresh. With the fridge and microwave, you'd save on food costs too. Only downside - the breakfast offered is limited, unimaginative and on the unhealthy side.

| I was very happy with Budget Host. It was clean and comfortable and with free Internet, a great value. My only complaint was that is was a long ways from the action of old Santa Fe.

| The room was large and clean. We stayed there for a week and was very satisfied with the housekeeping service. The microwave and small refrigerator were added bonuses.
