| The service in this hotel was awesome! However, if I were to pay full price it would have been a rip off! The hotel was centrally located in La Jolla. A little noisy and the weddings going late added to that. Breakfast was $20, so we didn't eat there. The overnight parking at $22.00 a night (valet) was a joke! All else was perfect. Maid service even left a thank you for the tip.

| My experience their was extremely pleasant. The staff was always polite and helpful. The interaction with local residence in the workout gym made me feel a bit at home. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that's planning to live the San Diego experience.

| enjoyed our stay very much except for the room was not very clean. the floors were not clean when we checked in.there was a chex cereal on the floor by one of the beds when we checked in and there it remained. they did not clean the hair off the tile floor during our stay either. we had the breakfast buffet at barcino grill every morning and they had every food available one could possibly want. it was very good but we had to upgrade from our business plan at an additonal cost.i still think it was worth it. parking on two of the streets by the hotel was free and we always found a spot even if we had to walk a little. the only problem was the heavy, fast traffic on la jolla village drive which made it hard to locate and grab a spot quickly. parking on university was easier. i do wish that the pool, hot tub and fitness room stayed open later than 10pm. i never made it to perks before they closed butthere was a plaza just down the street so i went there to get a starbucks during the day.loved hotel and premises and will return.

| Rooms were clean, modern. Service was excellent. The location was convenient, near shopping and I-5, which will get you downtown or anywhere in a flash. Pool was very nice with cabanas available for those who can't stay out in the sun. The only negatives were having to pay extra on top of the room rates for parking and internet. They should be included at these prices.

| I had hair on the floor of my room when I arrived, even though a broom was left in the suite. The concierge was not the most knowledgable. Most bothersome of all, I had to pay $12 to work out. They don't have their own gym. You have to pay to go to the one next door. Shouldn't a 4 star hotel have its own gym? It's in La Jolla, so you're paying top dollar. But, I would rather stay near the ocean next time and sacrifice the proximity to the strip malls and I-5.

| This stay was disappointing. The beds were too soft and the bath tub was not clean. The bath room ammenities were sometimes forgotten. For our next stay we will look for one other hotel in the area.
